My Guiding Principle

I offer guidance as an intuitive guide, spiritual educator, and astrological consultant with deep respect for your free will, personal sovereignty, and lived experience. My role is to provide insight, perspective, and reflective tools that support self‑awareness and soul alignment. I do not predict fixed outcomes, make decisions on your behalf, or tell you how to live your life. You remain the ultimate authority in your choices.

All guidance is offered in good faith, without judgment, and in service of your growth, clarity, and empowerment.

Nature of Services

Readings, Consultations, Classes, and Spiritual Education

All intuitive readings, astrological or numerological reports, consultations, classes, and workshops are inherently interpretive and experiential. These services are intended for personal insight, reflection, and spiritual development.

While I bring decades of experience, training, and care to my work, information shared is not a substitute for medical, legal, psychological, or financial advice. Clients are encouraged to seek appropriate professional support when needed.

Because these services are delivered energetically and intellectually at the time of creation, all sales are final once the service has been provided or delivered.

 

Payments

Full payment is required at the time of booking for all readings, reports, classes, workshops, and services.
Appointments and work delivery are not confirmed until payment has been received.

Appointments & Delivery

After payment is received, clients will be contacted within 72 hours to confirm delivery preferences for recorded, written, Zoom, or email‑based services.

For Astrology and Numerology services, all required information must be submitted before work can begin. If required information is incomplete, delivery timelines may be delayed.

If I am unable to fulfill a service within the agreed timeframe, an alternative option or a full refund will be offered.

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Live Zoom sessions may be rescheduled or refunded if cancellation is received at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment are considered non-refundable.

If I need to cancel or reschedule for any reason, you are welcome to choose a new appointment time or request a full refund for the appointment time.

 

Refunds

Refunds are not available once a reading, consultation, report, or class has been delivered or completed.
Digital products, written reports, and recorded services are non‑refundable.

 

Zoom Sessions & Technical Issues

In the event of a technical issue, I will attempt to connect for up to 10 minutes during the scheduled session time.

If the connection issue is on the client’s end and the session cannot proceed, the session will be considered fulfilled and a new booking will be required to reschedule.

 

Email & Written Readings

Clients may request brief clarification related to their original reading within a reasonable timeframe. Clarification does not include new questions or expanded analysis.

 

Additional questions or extended insight require booking a new session.

Time Zones & Response Times

Please allow for time zone differences. While every effort is made to respond promptly, replies may take up to 72 hours, particularly during high‑volume periods.

Astrology Services

To prepare an accurate astrology report or consultation, the following is required:

• Full name

• Date of birth (MM/DD/YYYY)

• Place of birth (City, State/Province, Country)

• Current location (City, State/Province)

• Time of birth (AM/PM)*

• Relevant date ranges or focus periods (if applicable)

* If birth time is unknown, a chart without houses may be used, or a rectification service may be required.

Numerology Services

To prepare a numerology chart or report, the following is required:

• Full birth name (as on birth certificate)

• Current name used

• Date of birth (MM/DD/YYYY)

• Relevant date ranges or focus periods (if applicable)

 

Final Notes

Work will not begin until all required information is received.
Astrology reports require accurate birth data for full depth and precision.
