“Know Thyself” was not a phrase I discovered later in life. It was the foundation of how I was raised.

I grew up in a home where curiosity was not only encouraged, it was expected.

Questioning what was presented, exploring what could not be easily explained, and engaging with the unseen aspects of life were part of everyday understanding. There was a natural respect for energy, intuition, and the deeper patterns that shape our experiences.

This environment did more than introduce me to spiritual concepts. It shaped how I listen, how I observe, and how I make sense of the world. It taught me that self-awareness is not a destination, but an ongoing relationship with who we are beneath roles, expectations, and external definitions.

The wisdom passed down through my family was not abstract. It was lived. It was grounded in ethical responsibility, personal awareness, and a deep respect for the connection between our inner and outer lives.

Over time, that early foundation revealed itself as something more:

To know yourself is to know your soul.
And to know your soul is to understand how to live your life with intention, clarity, and truth.

This understanding became the root of everything I would later study, practice, and teach.
