Your intuition may already be speaking. The question is: how does it speak to you?
Unveil Your Intuition is a 67-page guided workbook created to help you become more aware of the ways intuitive information may already appear in your everyday life and begin recognizing the intuitive language that is characteristic of you.
Rather than teaching you that intuition must look or feel a particular way, this workbook gives you a framework for exploring your own experiences. You will consider what you already believe about intuition, notice how information may arrive through thoughts, feelings, physical sensations, images, dreams, symbols, creativity, and other impressions, and explore the patterns that begin to emerge over time.
Just as importantly, you will practice discernment. Intuition does not exist separately from your emotions, expectations, previous experiences, or rational mind. Throughout the workbook, you will learn to slow down the process enough to notice what you actually experienced, consider the interpretation you gave it, and remain curious when you simply do not know yet.
Inside the workbook, you will explore:
Your existing beliefs and assumptions about intuition, including where they may have come from
Some of the different ways intuitive information may show up
How your five senses, emotions, physical sensations, thoughts, images, dreams, and symbols may contribute to your intuitive language
The difference between an experience and the interpretation you give it
Patterns that may become recognizable through observation over time
What else may be speaking when something feels intuitive, including expectations, anxiety, previous experiences, and desired outcomes
How intuition and rational thought can work alongside one another
The relationship between intuition and creativity
Ways to explore dreams, symbols, and unusual impressions without assuming they have one predetermined meaning
Practices and reflection pages for bringing what you discover together and continuing your exploration
This workbook may be especially useful if you:
Are curious about intuition but are not sure how to recognize it
Already have intuitive experiences but want to understand your own patterns more clearly
Sometimes question whether something is intuition, emotion, expectation, imagination, or something else
Want to develop greater trust in yourself without requiring yourself to always be certain
Prefer exploration and discernment over being told what your experiences are supposed to mean
There is no test to pass and no particular intuitive experience you are expected to have. What you notice may confirm something you already knew, raise new questions, surprise you, or simply give you something you want to observe more closely.
The purpose is not to make you dependent upon someone else's definition of intuition. It is to help you become more familiar with your own experiences so that, over time, you can recognize, question, understand, and discern them for yourself.
